The breakfast served was satisfactory with cereal, waffles plus including hot food. The most important - marvellous location in the town centre. Also, Lower Gardens was within easy reach.

Notre sejour dans cet hotel etait tres agreable. L'emplacement pres de la gare etait tres pratique, et cela rendait egalement l'aeroport tres accessible. La chambre etait confortable et la salle de bain etait propre. Le petit dejeuner offrait une grande variete de plats delicieux, et le personnel etait sympathique et attentif. De plus, l'isolation phonique de la chambre etait excellente, nous n'avons pas ete deranges par le bruit des avions. Le seul point negatif etait le prix eleve du parking.

No disabled parking and not as easy access between car park and hotel level as there should be. Strange design of bathroom does not provide good door seal between bathroom and bedroom.

The best hotel of our trip. Everything is perfect including breakfast. Absolutely recommended.

The twin room was nice and very clean. The bed was super comfy! The location is perfect, right in the center, and the hotel looked tidy all around. My husband said he enjoyed the breakfast. Guests really appreciated the fitness center too.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as it was just a few steps away from Bournemouth Beach and the beautiful Bournemouth Parks, making my city strolls easy and good.

Had an amazing group vacation with friends! We explored Poole Harbour and enjoyed golfing, a blast. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to fuel our day. The super nice team.

One downside was the lack of adequate parking. A friend had to park off-site after finding the hotel's lot full, stressful.

Comfortable room, clean hotel, with excellent amenities such as free Wi-Fi and friendly staff who promptly provided a baby cot for our stay.

It was all perfect.

Loved the location. Very close to the beach and local restaurants. The breakfast spread was good, especially the waffles! The room itself was clean, spacious enough, and had great amenities like a kettle and various plug sockets. I appreciated the daily towel changes too. The air conditioning didn't function properly. It felt quite stuffy at times. The parking situation was decent but had some tight spots, which could be tricky. The lack of ventilation in the rooms could be a concern for longer stays.
